Job summary

Mila Health, Inc. in Amsterdam is seeking a senior Product Designer to own the consumer experience across mobile and web.

You will shape onboarding, medical intake, apps, treatment plans and checkout, working with founders, engineers and medical teams in a small core group. We require 5+ years of product design, a strong portfolio, fluency in English, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear, usable interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with strong consumer web and mobile work.
• Portfolio showing problem, constraints, decisions and impact.
• Strong across UX, interaction and UI with high visual quality.
• Able to translate ambiguous problems into clear, usable interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Consumer mobile and web experience ownership across onboarding, intake, app, treatment plans, progress and checkout.
• End-to-end product design from discovery to shipped solution.
• Raise usability, interaction and visual design quality.
