Job summary

You will own product flows end-to-end, work closely with product and engineering, and craft a distinct art direction for Wellis with gamification elements and a human-centered approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in UX/UI for digital products across web and mobile.
• Strong Figma skills and familiarity with design systems.
• Experience designing consumer products with a user-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Own product flows end to end across web and app.
• Talk to customers regularly through interviews and usability tests.
• Tell stories through the product with engaging, human experiences.
• Bring gamification into the app to boost engagement.
• Set the art direction and build a recognizable design language.
• Design high-quality UI with motion and interaction to feel alive.
• Extend and document the design system for team-wide use.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leveraging AI workflows.
