Job summary

Wellis Health in Rotterdam is seeking a Product Designer (UX/UI) to shape user experiences from landing pages to long‑term treatment in our app. This hands‑on B2C role offers ownership over research to shipped UI and sets the art direction for our app.

You’ll work across web and mobile, collaborate with product and engineering, and leverage AI workflows to move from idea to production quickly while keeping user needs at the forefront.

Qualifications

• B2C experience. You design consumer products used by real people at scale.
• Product thinking: start from user problem and business goal, explain why behind decisions.
• Ownership: drive design to done and lead when not asked.
• Strong motion, animation, and interaction detail in UI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product flows end to end across web and app. Frame problems, join discovery, research, design, test and iterate.
• Talk to customers regularly. Run interviews and usability tests to inform decisions.
• Tell stories through the product. Create experiences that guide health journeys and clarify medical information.
• Bring gamification into the app with progress, milestones, rewards and delight moments.
• Set the art direction for the Wellis app and build a recognizable design language.
• Design high-quality UI with motion and interaction to feel alive.
• Extend and document the design system for the team to reuse.
• Work closely with product and engineering using end-to-end AI workflows to ship fast.
