Job summary

Trinamics in Breda, Netherlands seeks a senior process engineer to lead and coordinate workflow initiatives, from framing to implementation, in a fast-changing corporate setting. You will shape process architecture, facilitate requirements sessions, and visualise changes for clear communication across teams.

Advanced English is required. Dutch language is a nice-to-have. The role includes a 36-month assignment with potential permanent placement and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

Job description

• You work intensively with teams to build understanding, and to define, improve and implement workflows and processes.
• You autonomously lead and coordinate workflow and process initiatives, from framing to implementation, and report transparently on progress and performance.
• You formulate what success looks like for each use case, facilitate requirements sessions and capture requirements through business, functional, architectural and operational lenses.
• You design (improved) workflows and processes with stakeholders and visualise them in a way that resonates, for example in PowerPoint, Visio or Excel.
• You drive the implementation of new and improved processes together with the teams involved.
• You develop and maintain the process architecture of the communications function: you scope process changes, assess cross-process impact and safeguard coherence, in line with company and ISO standards.
• You act as gatekeeper for process quality and integrity, capture learnings and apply best practices.
• You make sure designs are compatible with company process tooling, methodologies and documentation standards.
• You onboard new team members, coach colleagues on processes and contribute to improvement and change projects on strategy, insights, operations and governance.

Must-haves

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Industrial Engineering, Information Management, Business Administration or another engineering domain.
• At least 5 years of experience in people-oriented process engineering and architecture.
• At least 10 years of work experience in a complex, fast-changing corporate environment.
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage (sometimes sceptical) individuals and teams.
• A pragmatic, fit-for-purpose mindset with organisational sensitivity: sharp on content, soft on the person.
• You excel at simplifying and visualising processes.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a (corporate) communications environment.
• Previous experience at this client, or a good understanding of its organisation.
• Experience with ISO process standards and process design tooling.

• A gross monthly salary between € 6,600 and € 7,600, plus profit sharing.
