Job description

As a Communications Process Engineer & Architect, you will help mature and professionalize communication processes within a global high-tech organization. You will work at the intersection of corporate communications, process engineering and architecture, ensuring that communication processes are clear, consistent, scalable and fit for purpose.

You will spend approximately 50% of your time facilitating process initiatives, 40% on process engineering and 10% on process architecture. You will work closely with communication professionals and stakeholders across the organization to improve workflows, governance, decision-making and collaboration.

Your Role

You will take the lead in improving and structuring communication processes. This means understanding how communication work is currently organized, identifying opportunities for improvement and translating these into practical, sustainable processes.

You will facilitate workshops and process initiatives, challenge existing ways of working and help teams make well-informed decisions. At the same time, you will contribute to the development of the broader process architecture, ensuring that individual processes remain aligned and coherent.

You will also explore how AI and other digital capabilities can support and improve communication processes.

• Support the integration and enablement of new or improved processes.
• Coach stakeholders and transfer knowledge to ensure processes are effectively adopted.
• Act as an independent lead for process-related initiatives in a complex, global environment.

What We Expect From You

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, process improvement or process architecture, preferably in a people-oriented environment.
• 10+ years of experience working in complex, fast-changing corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management and organizational dynamics.
• Experience designing, improving and implementing business processes and workflows.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to bring different stakeholders together.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic, hands-on execution.
• Experience with process visualization and documentation tools such as PowerPoint, Visio or comparable tools.
• Experience with governance, process standards and continuous improvement.
• A background in Corporate Communications or a strong understanding of communication environments is a valuable advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Information Management, Business Administration or Engineering.
