Job summary

Trinamics seeks a senior project manager for digital communications to lead multiple programs across publication platforms and bridge communications and IT.

You will plan, gather requirements, manage stakeholders, drive delivery, and mentor junior staff while overseeing budgets and governance.

The role offers a 24-month assignment in a global, high-tech team with profit sharing and extensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of experience managing digital communications programs and/or projects, including demonstrable interface with IT.
• At least 10 years of work experience in a high-tech corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards for project management applied to a communications function.
• A result-oriented leader with a flexible style across different cultures.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher).

Responsibilities

Job description

• You manage multiple projects and workstreams in digital communications, covering several (publication) platforms, and you manage the interface between communications and IT.
• You plan and lead information gathering, analysis and stakeholder consultation, and you specify, negotiate and agree on project deliverables.
• You coordinate the elicitation, analysis and documentation of requirements throughout the project, and the verification of the end deliverable.
• You produce project and workstream plans that are complete, properly resourced and in line with the organisation's project and program management framework.
• You lead the project team: you set the vision, manage resources across projects, and coach and mentor team members and junior colleagues.
• You manage project costs and provide forecasts and variance analyses at review points.
• You brief and manage suppliers, with clear goals, objectives and boundary conditions.
• You set up project governance, plan stakeholder engagement and manage risks, issues and dependencies, including recovery plans when delivery is at risk.
• You run the project review process and track the realisation of business benefits.
• You help mature the communications function through improvement and change projects on strategy, insights, operations and governance.

Must-haves

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of experience managing digital communications programs and/or projects, including demonstrable experience managing the interface between IT and other corporate functions.
• At least 10 years of work experience in a high-tech corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards for project management, applied to a communications function.

• A gross monthly salary between € 6,600 and € 7,600, plus profit sharing.
