Job summary

DataLane is seeking a Process Intelligence Consultant to lead end-to-end process mining projects across client engagements in NL, DE, IT, delivering insights that drive measurable business value.

You’ll work with cross-border teams, model event data, and translate client goals into clear project directions, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Hybrid setup with office in Vught and client sites; competitive salary 60–85K plus yearly bonus and pension.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consulting, process intelligence or operations.

You’ll sit with clients to understand their operations, mine their processes in Celonis, and translate what you find into business cases that leadership acts on. The bridge between the data and the decision.

What this role looks like.

As a Process Intelligence Consultant you deliver process mining projects end to end: on time, on budget and within scope. You are the main point of contact for the client and the central point in the project team, keeping what the client needs, what the team builds and the value we promised pointing in the same direction.

You understand the broader context our clients operate in, translate that into a clear direction for the project, and make sure the team consistently delivers against it. You work across borders with colleagues in the Netherlands, Germany and Italy, and with enterprises that expect their consultants to be as comfortable in the data as they are in the boardroom.

What you bring

• Comfort with SQL and event-log data modelling
• Sharp communication with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to translate data into real business value
• Experience owning a project: scope, planning and riskCuriosity about how businesses really run
• Fluent English; Dutch, German or Italian a plus
