Job summary

ASML is seeking a Communications Process Facilitator within the Strategy, Insights & Operations (SIO) team. You will design and implement workflows that enable leaders and strengthen ASML's reputation across three continents.

You will mature our operations through process architecture, governance, and AI enablement, acting as facilitator, engineer, and architect. A fit-for-purpose mindset will drive pragmatic improvements across the global communications function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in process engineering and architecture.
• 10+ years of working experience in a complex, fast-changing corporate environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or Business Administration.
• Advanced command of English (C1 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate workflow development, process framing, and implementation initiatives autonomously.
• Simplify and visualize complex processes using PowerPoint, Visio, or myProcess.
• Formulate clear success criteria for various use cases in collaboration with the communications team.
• Act as a gatekeeper for process quality and coherence while capturing best practices and lessons learned.
• Drive change projects focusing on Strategy, Insights, Operations, and Governance to mature the ASML communications function.

As part of the Strategy, Insights & Operations (SIO) team, you will balance the roles of facilitator, engineer, and architect. You will navigate varying use cases, applying a pragmatic, "fit for purpose" approach rather than strict industry standards, ensuring the communications team at ASML operates flawlessly.

• Lead and coordinate workflow development, process framing, and implementation initiatives autonomously.

You are successful if you:

• Have at least 5 years of proven experience in process engineering and architecture.
• Possess 10 or more years of working experience in a complex, fast-changing corporate environment.
• Hold a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (such as Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or Business Administration).
• Have an advanced command of the English language, certified at C1 level or higher.
