Ideal candidates should have 5 to 8 years of experience in process automation, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with various automation tools. A commitment to making processes smoother is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in process automation and improvement.
• Experience with BPMN and RPA platforms.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive an organization-wide governance framework.
• Map, analyze, and prioritize processes across the organization.
• Lead improvement and automation projects end to end.
• Facilitate workshops on automation best practices.
