Overview

As a Business Process Automation Expert, you will be the catalyst for revolutionizing and streamlining organizational workflows through the strategic deployment of automation technologies. Your core mission is to analyze existing business processes, pinpoint areas ripe for enhancement, and craft innovative solutions that boost efficiency, slash operational costs, and elevate overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Analysis and Assessment: Dive deep into current business processes to unearth inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities. Engage with stakeholders to fully understand their needs and meticulously gather detailed requirements.
• Solution Design and Development: Architect comprehensive automation strategies and solutions tailored to the unique needs of the organization. Harness advanced technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and workflow management systems to construct robust automation frameworks.
• Implementation and Integration: Spearhead the deployment of automation solutions, ensuring their seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Collaborate closely with IT teams to guarantee the technical feasibility and compatibility of solutions.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Formulate and execute rigorous test plans to validate the functionality and performance of automation solutions. Ensure that automated processes meet the highest quality standards and deliver the desired outcomes.
• Change Management and Training: Lead change management initiatives to ensure the smooth adoption of automation solutions across the organization. Provide comprehensive training and support to end-users, empowering them to effectively leverage new technologies.
• Continuous Improvement: Vigilantly monitor and evaluate the performance of automated processes, identifying opportunities for further optimization and enhancement. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine and innovate automation strategies.
• Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, finance, and HR, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of automation projects. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous documentation of automation processes, solutions, and outcomes. Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate the impact and value of automation initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, design, and automation.
• Strong technical background with integration experience (SAP or other ERP systems).
• Proficiency with automation tools such as UiPath, Mendix, or similar (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
• Ability to select and recommend technology based on business needs.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Skilled in collaborating with external consultants/vendors.
