Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a senior privacy leader to drive the data protection strategy across the Benelux region, reporting to the Benelux General Counsel and functionally to the Europe Data Privacy Director.

You will govern the privacy program, embed Privacy by Design in digital and AI initiatives, and collaborate with local authorities while training teams to foster a privacy-first culture across the business.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of EU data protection laws and CIPP/E certification.
• Understanding of digital, cybersecurity, and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Governance & Strategy: Implement the Group Data Privacy program and lead the local Privacy Committee.
• Advisory & Compliance: Embed Privacy by Design in digital, AI, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Contractual & Regulatory: Draft and negotiate data clauses and cooperate with local Supervisory Authorities.
• Awareness: Design and deliver training to foster a strong privacy culture.
