EXANTE is looking for an experienced professional to manage its principal trading book across various asset classes. The role requires a strong focus on liquidity management, trading strategies, and team building.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of experience in principal trading or market making.
• Strong background in risk management across multiple asset classes.
• Familiarity with MiFID II Systematic Internaliser regime.

Responsibilities

• Provide liquidity against client flow and manage inventory.
• Implement trading strategies within approved risk limits.
• Oversee team build-out in line with the business plan.
