I'm looking for someone who brings together strong communication skills and quantitative ability to join a high-performing trading team. In this role, your daily interactions with external partners will generate vital market insights. Combined with analytical skill, intuition, and close collaboration with Screen Traders, you’ll be well positioned to negotiate competitive prices at speed and operate at the forefront of the market.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and capitalise on market opportunities, both independently and as part of a trading team
• Make split-second trading decisions with immediate impact on profitability
• Continuously explore new products and markets to diversify strategies and maximize success
• Improve execution quality and access to market volume
• Network internally with Institutional and Screen Traders to ensure well-informed decisions
• Negotiate pricing with brokers and other market participants
• Help enhance systems and tools to improve data capture and execution
• Apply knowledge of exchange rules, regulations, and market structures

Who You Are

• High EQ with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English fluency required
• 2–5 years of professional experience (prior trading experience helpful but not essential)
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum BSc) in a quantitative or technical field
• Comfortable working under pressure and making fast decisions while managing high trade volumes
• Detail-oriented and performance driven
