Our client, a specialist proprietary trading firm in Amsterdam, is looking to hire an experienced trader to join their growing team.

The firm trades across U.S. Equity Options, Crypto Options and Delta One, combining sophisticated technology with trader-led strategies. This is an opportunity for an experienced trader to take genuine ownership of a trading book, develop strategies and have a direct impact on the business.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing your own book and identifying opportunities across volatility trading and market making.

The role offers significant autonomy, with experienced traders encouraged to develop new ideas, build strategies and take ownership from initial concept through to implementation. You’ll work closely with other traders and the wider team, using market data and quantitative analysis to make informed trading decisions.

This is a hands-on trading environment where initiative, commercial thinking and a strong understanding of markets are highly valued.

What we're looking for

Only candidates currently based in Europe, including the UK, will be considered for this position. The interview process will also require an onsite interview.
