Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management in enterprise-scale, cross-functional environments.
• Ownership of multi-product enterprise capabilities.
• Strong understanding of platform technologies and integration.
• Ability to influence without formal authority across organizations.
• Executive stakeholder management and concise communication.
• Systems thinking and recognizing dependencies/second-order effects.
• Understanding of Agentic and Generative AI in enterprise contexts.
• Experience leading in distributed, multi-time-zone teams.
• Experience with Agile delivery focusing on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establish a clear vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the capability, grounded in high value business outcomes and technology direction.
• Build coalitions across distributed Global and EMEA teams - create shared ownership, make decisions visible, and unblock cross-functional alignment.
• Champion the capability with EMEA business, Global Technology, and senior leadership; represent it in cross-org and global forums.
• Partner with Architecture and Engineering on key design decisions, integration and orchestration patterns, and non-functional requirements.
• Bring Agentic and Generative AI into the roadmap where they create outsized value, testing assumptions through experiments and adapting as the technology evolves.
• Obsess adoption, enablement, and value realization - measure success through the products, teams, and business outcomes the capability enables.
