Job summary

Nike, based at the European Headquarters in Hilversum, seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead a critical capability within the Marketplace Technology EMEA area. You will steer long-term product direction, business outcomes, technical evolution, delivery, and adoption across a complex multi-application ecosystem.

You will build coalitions across distributed teams, influence without authority, and translate technical complexity into business value for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• Proven ability to own multi-product enterprise capabilities interacting with many teams.
• Strong understanding of platform technologies, integration architectures, and orchestration layers.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive decisions across organizations you do not manage.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management and communication; simplify complexity for leaders.
• Systems thinking to identify dependencies and enterprise value.
• Experience with Agentic and Generative AI in the enterprise.
• Experience leading in distributed, cross-time-zone environments.
• Experience with Agile delivery focusing on product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the capability with measurable business value.
• Build coalitions across Global and EMEA teams and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Champion capability with senior leadership and represent it in global forums.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering on design decisions, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements.
• Integrate Generative AI into the roadmap where value is demonstrated through experiments.
• Measure success by outcomes for products, teams, and business value.
