Job summary

Nike, Inc. is seeking a Marketplace Project Sales Specialist to join the Commercial & Marketplace Excellence team. You will support governance and execution of Nike’s Selective Distribution Policy across EMEA, helping to protect marketplace integrity and drive strategic initiatives.

The role requires collaboration with Sales, Legal, Business Development and Marketplace teams, coordinating partner assessments and strengthening compliance through cross-functional projects and data-driven tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Account Management, Retail, Business Development, or related field.
• Strong project management and data governance experience.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple teams and organizational levels.
• Advanced Airtable expertise including development, design, and process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects from concept to completion.
• Strong accountability, curiosity, and growth mindset.
• Experience working within complex, cross-functional business environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support adherence to Nike’s Selective Distribution Policy across EMEA.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, ensuring policy criteria remain aligned with legal and business priorities.
• Coordinate partner assessments across Nike’s wholesale portfolio with external consultants.
• Support Marketplace Integrity initiatives, including Selective Distribution and Grey Market Management.
• Lead projects to improve Marketplace Integrity tools, reporting, and governance processes.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to strengthen marketplace compliance and execution.
