Job summary

Mileway in Amsterdam is seeking a Portfolio Reporting Manager to own end-to-end reporting for the portfolio and deliver strategic insights to leadership. You will lead the reporting team, collaborate with IT, Finance and Property Management, and drive automation and data quality to support scalable decisions in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in portfolio reporting or related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's in finance, real estate, or related field.
• Proven track record in leading teams and guiding colleagues.
• Strong numerical and data analysis capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong prioritization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio reporting processes and delivery.
• Take full accountability for portfolio reporting design and delivery.
• Develop narratives from complex datasets for senior stakeholders.
• Drive reporting automation and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Property Management, Finance to automate reporting.
• Ensure data quality, governance and reporting integrity.
• Define KPI definitions, reporting standards, controls and governance.
• Lead and develop the reporting team.
• Provide direction and oversight to analysts to meet deadlines.
