Job summary

Mileway is seeking a Portfolio Analytics Intern for our Amsterdam team. The role starts August 1, 2026 for six months and is a paid internship. You will be part of a dynamic team and report to the Portfolio Strategy Director.

You will compile portfolio performance data, assist with analysis for management reporting, support the annual budget, and coordinate asset business plans. Excellent English and Excel skills required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Real Estate, Business or related degree program.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Confident working with Excel and large datasets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Help compile portfolio performance data and business updates from multiple departments/offices.
• Assist with portfolio and asset-level data analysis for reporting.
• Support the annual budget process.
• Coordinate asset business plan updates.
• Contribute to ad hoc and ongoing projects.
