Job summary

Xomnia in Amsterdam is seeking a Portfolio Lead to own delivery performance across multiple client accounts and oversee Data & AI projects. In this role, you’ll maintain senior client relationships and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery across your portfolio.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years in portfolio management and proven experience leading complex Data & AI programs. The position includes a salary of €7,000 - €9,000 monthly, with strong secondary benefits and a focus on personal development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, delivery leadership, or technology-driven transformation environments.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-workstream Data & AI programs in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery performance across a portfolio of client accounts, including quality and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders at account level.
• Partner with business, sales, and technical teams on pre-sales activities.
