Xomnia is seeking a seasoned Portfolio Lead to own delivery performance across multiple client accounts in Amsterdam. You will oversee Data & AI projects, maintain senior client relationships, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery with commercial impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, delivery leadership, or technology-driven transformation environments.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-workstream Data & AI programs in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and senior stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
• Experience using AI tools in a structured and intentional way to support portfolio management, decision-making, and delivery oversight.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including experience engaging executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery performance across a portfolio of client accounts, including quality, client satisfaction, and delivery predictability.
• Act as the senior delivery leader, with direct responsibility for leading strategic and complex client engagements from initiation through successful delivery.
• Lead and support Delivery Leads across the portfolio, ensuring consistency and effective escalation management across projects.
• Partner with business, sales, and technical teams on pre-sales activities, including proposal development, delivery scoping, staffing and feasibility input.
• Identify opportunities to expand and deepen client relationships across the portfolio.
• Ensure alignment between commercial commitments and delivery execution.
• Evolve delivery frameworks and AI-enabled methodologies that improve scalability and predictability.
• Champion modern delivery practices that improve quality, efficiency, and collaboration through AI.

In this role, you own delivery performance across multiple client accounts, overseeing multiple Data & AI projects. Your role

Leads delivery performance across a defined set of client accounts. Acts as the senior delivery authority within those accounts, coordinating multiple data & AI focussed projects, maintaining strong client relationships at account level, and ensuring Xomnia's work creates consistent value.

What you bring to the table

10+ years of experience in portfolio management, delivery leadership, or technology-driven transformation environments.

Proven track record leading complex, multi-workstream Data & AI programs in enterprise environments.

Experience managing multiple client engagements and senior stakeholder relationships simultaneously.

Experience using AI tools in a structured and intentional way to support portfolio management, decision-making, and delivery oversight

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including experience engaging executive leadership.

Affinity with modern delivery methodologies, AI-enabled ways of working, and organisational transformation.

Fluent in both Dutch and English.
