You will lead early-stage discovery, shape proposals with Sales and technical teams, and guide client engagements from pre-sales to delivery, balancing ambition with realistic scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, product leadership, or data strategy with launching initiatives in ambiguity.
• Experience owning ambiguous problems and turning them into concrete plans.
• Comfort operating at the intersection of business, data and technology.
• Technical fluency in data and AI to challenge solutions and trade-offs.
• Senior/executive stakeholder management experience.
• Consulting mindset: listening, challenging, guiding clients toward decisions.
• Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Clear, structured communication and the ability to say no when needed.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into feasible Data and AI initiatives with concrete plans.
• Lead early-stage discovery, framing, and Phase Zero engagements.
• Shape proposals, scopes, and Statements of Work with Sales and technical teams.
• Identify risks around value, feasibility, data readiness, and delivery.
• Define success criteria, sequencing, and go/no-go decisions.
• Act as strategic counterpart to senior client stakeholders.
• Maintain coherence from pre-sales through delivery and adapt scope as learning occurs.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, Product, and Sales to align strategy and execution.
