Xomnia in Amsterdam is seeking a Portfolio Lead to own delivery performance across multiple client accounts and oversee Data & AI projects. In this role, you’ll maintain senior client relationships and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery across your portfolio.
The ideal candidate has over 10 years in portfolio management and proven experience leading complex Data & AI programs. The position includes a salary of €7,000 - €9,000 monthly, with strong secondary benefits and a focus on personal development.
In this role, you own delivery performance across multiple client accounts, overseeing multiple Data & AI projects. You maintain senior client relationships and ensure consistent delivery quality, predictability, and commercial performance across the portfolio. You bring structure to complexity, align stakeholders around shared priorities, and ensure end-to-end coherence across the client portfolio.
