Job summary

Booking.com is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Finance & Procurement Systems to oversee alignment, integration, and operational efficiency across our financial technology landscape. You will bridge Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to drive end-to-end delivery of core platforms such as Ivalua, Conga, and Data Lake & Analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within Finance or Procurement functions.
• Global, matrixed scale-up or high-growth environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional project initiatives across Procurement, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment and cohesive processes across enterprise tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business process owners with IT teams, translating requirements and ensuring delivery.
• Establish detailed governance including scope, roadmaps, status cadence, and RAID risk mitigation.
