Booking.com is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Finance & Procurement Systems to drive end-to-end delivery across Procurement, Finance, Legal and IT. You will align Ivalua, Conga, and Data Lake initiatives to a scalable ecosystem.

You will own governance, stakeholder management, and change governance, while collaborating with Data and BI teams to enable spend analytics and compliant reporting. 5+ years PM experience and global experience required.

Formación

• Experience delivering complex system implementations in Finance or Procurement.
• Global, matrixed scale-up or high-growth environment experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise procurement/S2P tools (Ivalua or equivalents) and CLM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver cross-functional procurement, finance and legal initiatives on time.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs for IT teams.
• Establish project governance with scope, roadmaps, RAID, and reporting.
• Oversee end-to-end rollout of Ivalua, Conga, Simfoni and ERP alignments.
• Collaborate with Data/BI teams for spend analytics and compliant reporting.
• Lead UAT, training, and post-go-live support.
