Job summary

Nexford University is seeking a senior B2C product leader to own parts of the learner journey end to end, from discovery to enrollment to how learners actually learn. The role prioritizes retention, engagement and conversion and requires AI-aware decision making with fast, pragmatic execution.

You should have shipped AI features recently, be comfortable discussing systems with engineers, and have led teams focused on growth metrics in consumer products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2C product management with consumer SaaS focus.
• Shipped AI features in the last 3–6 months.
• Ability to discuss systems and APIs with engineers.
• Experience leading a team and owning end-to-end journeys.
• Track record improving retention, engagement or conversion.
