GoodHabitz International is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the learner experience to own the surface where learning happens. You will lead cross-functional work to turn a catalogue into a personalised product that engages learners across Europe, including our mobile strategy and engagement goals.

You will partner with education designers, measure weekly active learners, and define the path to higher engagement while balancing legacy revenue with new growth in a fast-paced, history-rich

Formación

• Experience owning B2B2C products or consumer habit-formation products.
• Proven shipped personalisation, routing or recommendation work that changed behaviour.
• Comfort level with a platform carrying legacy revenue while building new features.

Responsabilidades

• Own the learner surface end to end: onboarding, next-offer, delivery and learnings.
• Advance from a catalogue to a product that pays attention through personalisation across country, industry, company size and user level.
• Collaborate with educational designers to shape how content reaches one person on any device and day.
• Own the metric: weekly active learners, set targets, and chart the path to hit them.
• Treat mobile as a first-class question and decide between native client or lighter solution.
