GoodHabitz International is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the learner experience. You will own the surface where learning happens, shaping onboarding, next-offers, and how content is delivered to users.

You will be responsible for driving personalisation at scale, partnering with educational designers, and crafting paths that engage learners while balancing legacy revenue with new innovation. This role emphasizes open collaboration and evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning either a B2B2C product or a habit-formation consumer product.
• Experience shipping personalisation, routing or recommendations that measurably changed behaviour.
• Comfort building on a platform with real history while new work earns revenue.
• Strong decision-making, with ability to explain what not to do and why.
• Experience working in the open with drafts and visible thinking.
• Genuine interest in how people learn and how content reaches one person on one day.
• Comfort partnering with an embedded engineering manager rather than direct people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the learner surface end-to-end: onboarding, next-offers, delivery, and learnings.
• Drive personalisation across country, industry, company size, and user context to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with educational designers to shape paths for individuals across devices.
• Own the measurement of weekly active learners and set targets with the team.
• Prioritise work transparently and align with existing platform roadmap.
• Prioritise mobile-first experiences and consider native vs lightweight clients.
• Balance multiple content sources (studio, customer, generated) to surface content appropriately.
