Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own a core product stream end-to-end, from roadmap to launch and adoption. You will partner with engineering and research to enable high-scale AI model inference workloads and work with customers during PoCs and onboarding.

Remote work from the UK is welcomed, with hybrid options from Amsterdam; strong emphasis on customer-focused, data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience, shipping technical products with 10-15+ cross-functional stakeholders
• Hands-on mindset, power user of the product, comfortable with AIOps lifecycle and cloud-native tooling
• Excellent execution and project management skills: roadmaps, milestones, ownership, Agile, sprints
• Outstanding communication: write PRDs, RFCs, runbooks, release notes for technical and non-technical audiences
• Technical fluency: speak engineering language, define precise requirements and constraints
• B2B SaaS experience, ideally with enterprise customers and technical buyers
• Customer-obsessed, proactive in uncovering needs and ensuring product value
• Bias toward action: own problems end-to-end with incomplete data

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, delivery and developer experience for one flagship direction
• Partner with engineering and research to design tools for large-scale, high-load inference workloads
• Support sales & customers with PoCs/betas and smooth onboarding of complex workloads
• Drive product-market fit via user research, customer interviews, and market analysis
• Manage technical partnerships and ensure integrations deliver measurable value
