Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Platform Architect (P4/P5) based in the Netherlands to design and evolve scalable cloud platforms for global pharma and life sciences clients. You will work across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and modern infra tech, delivering secure, robust solutions with hands-on architecture and client advisory.

The role entails mentoring engineers, contributing to pre-sales, and taking ownership from discovery through delivery in a fully remote, international environment

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering
• Hands-on with AWS and Azure and IaC tools
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
• Strong time management and remote collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design scalable cloud platforms across AWS/Azure and ensure reliability, security, and maintainability
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
• Architect containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes and guide engineering practices
• Advise clients on cloud architecture and implementation approaches
• Lead small technical teams and mentor engineers across distributed settings
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and sales to align solutions with business goals
• Engage in pre-sales activities and contribute to proposals
• Apply Agile/Scrum to coordinate delivery across time zones
