Job summary

EFOR is seeking a Senior Project Planner / Lead Planner to drive schedule management on large-scale pharmaceutical projects in the Netherlands. You will create, integrate, and maintain complex schedules in Primavera P6 across all disciplines, leading diverse planning teams with a sharp focus on regulatory alignment.

The role requires deep pharma knowledge including FDA/EU GMP, and the ability to coordinate with clients, engineers, and suppliers to collect data, resolve conflicts, and deliver

Qualifications

• Extensive pharmaceutical capital project experience.
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills for schedule development and risk integration.
• Experience leading planning teams and mentoring junior planners.
• Knowledge of FDA/EU GMP regulations and validation processes.
• Certifications such as PMI-SP, PMP, AACE or IPMA are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and manage detailed project schedules for design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and validation activities.
• Lead planning efforts and mentor junior planners and schedulers.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, contractors, and suppliers to collect progress data and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Facilitate schedule-focused meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
• Perform schedule baselining, regular updates, resource loading, and risk assessment in Primavera P6.
• Conduct impact analyses and recommend mitigation measures in response to project changes, delays, or risks.
• Lead progress reporting: dashboards, S-curves, resource histograms, and critical path analyses for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure schedule controls, updates, and reporting meet pharmaceutical industry standards (FDA/EU GMP) and validation requirements.
• Support integrated project controls for interface between schedule, cost, and risk management.
