Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer for a 12-month renewable contract in the Netherlands. You will develop and maintain project schedules for oil and gas projects, forecast progress, and support interfaces with engineering, procurement and construction teams using Primavera P6.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project planning, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project planning experience in oil and gas.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules for timely execution.
• Experience coordinating with PMs, engineers, procurement and construction.
• Experience monitoring progress and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for oil and gas projects.
• Forecast progress and prepare schedule updates and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to align milestones and resources.
• Lead planning meetings and stakeholder alignment activities.
