Freelance Project Planner – Province of Brabant, Netherlands – Part-time Contract (until 2027)

Your Responsibilities
- Act as the client-side planner to ensure the successful delivery of a long-term pharmaceutical project
- Develop, maintain, and integrate the master project schedule with a focus on CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, Validation) phases
- Coordinate closely with the engineering contractor responsible for construction planning, while managing project timelines and schedules from the client side
- Support planning activities related to facilities, cleanrooms, aseptic environments, and systems such as aseptic filling lines, packaging lines, autoclaves, and washers
- Collaborate with the project controls team and stakeholders to ensure alignment across the project timeline and activities
- Maintain and monitor schedule changes, ensuring proper integration into the overall project plan
Your Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical project planning, particularly in the CQV phase
- Strong experience with cleanrooms, aseptic environments, and pharmaceutical systems (e.g., aseptic filling lines, packaging lines, autoclaves)
- Ability to work on-site in a regulated environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven track of planning in highly complex and regulated industries
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
