Job summary

STOX Energy Socks is seeking a senior performance marketer to own the commercial output across SEA, SEO, Paid Social and Affiliate. You will drive strategy, optimize execution with agencies, and ensure every euro spent grows efficiency and revenue.

You will manage budgets across channels, push for incremental revenue, and own reporting with clear recommendations. The role is based in Amsterdam at our Olympic Stadium office, with a team that values data-driven growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a track record in DTC or e‑commerce.
• Managed meaningful budgets across multiple channels simultaneously and drove incremental revenue.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with affinity for sport, lifestyle or performance wear.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance marketing machine: strategy, agency coordination, and budget allocation.
• Lead Paid Social architecture, audience strategy, testing frameworks, and spend optimization.
• Direct SEA/SEO with the search agency, set direction and bid/keyword strategies.
• Run end-to-end Affiliate programs: partners, payouts, compliance and reviews.
• Implement incrementality testing and translate results into budget decisions.
• Provide clear reporting and actionable recommendations on where to double down or cut.
