Job summary

iSpeedToLead seeks a senior, hands-on acquisition leader to grow our Cash Offer brand and attract US homeowners who want to sell. You will own paid acquisition as a connected system — channels, budgets, messaging, creatives, landing pages and measurement.

The goal is profitable growth in qualified seller leads, not cheaper clicks. You’ll launch, manage and scale Google and Meta, develop TikTok, and evaluate X and ChatGPT Ads with a credible business case.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on ownership of Google and Meta advertising.
• Successful US lead-generation experience with measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to improve lead quality and economics beyond CPL/ROAS.
• Experience optimizing creative, landing pages and conversion flows with designers.
• Fast learner, independent, comfortable with AI and automation, aware of policy and privacy.
• Clear professional English and end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage and scale Google and Meta campaigns; evaluate new platforms with a business case.
• Allocate budget across channels, markets and audiences based on lead quality.
• Translate seller insights into offers, briefs and landing-page tests with partners.
• Connect campaign data to CRM and outcomes; improve attribution.
• Build testing and reporting rhythm; drive solutions independently.
