Zusammenfassung

Vistra Netherlands is looking for a Senior Accountant to deliver client accounting services for Private Equity portfolios. You will work independently, lead projects and mentor a small finance team, ensuring accurate financial records and customised interim reports.

You will coordinate CIT & VAT calculations, support audits, and collaborate with the Global Service Center to ensure end-to-end delivery. The role offers hybrid work with competitive remuneration and development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in audit or accounting.
• Experience in coaching/managing a small finance team (2+ years).
• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance (e.g. Accounting, Business Economics, Business Administration).

Aufgaben

• Prepare Financial Statements and ensure Dutch GAAP/US GAAP compliance.
• Review bookkeeping, accruals, cash flows, and investor-related entries.
• Coordinate CIT & VAT returns and assist with audits.
• Lead client reporting and coordinate with Tax Advisor and GSC for end-to-end delivery.
• Serve as a resource for colleagues and coach junior staff.
