Job summary

s360 in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Specialist in Paid Search to lead client engagements, shape growth-focused strategies and drive measurable outcomes for ambitious brands. You’ll own client relationships, oversee account delivery, and mentor junior specialists.

You’ll bring 5+ years of paid search expertise, deep platform knowledge (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Channable) and a proactive mindset, with strong Dutch and English communication, in a hybrid Amsterdam setting.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of deep Paid Search expertise.
• Prior agency experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead client dialogues and translate data into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Strategy: develop growth-oriented roadmaps and testing plans that align with commercial goals.
• Manage Account Performance: own performance delivery across Paid Search accounts with budget governance and continuous optimization.
• Influence Client Decisions: translate performance data into strategic recommendations for future investments.
• Share Best Practices: mentor colleagues and drive knowledge development within the team.
• Partner with Stakeholders: act as a trusted advisor translating business objectives into actionable Paid Search strategies.
