Job summary

Itproposal is seeking a Lead Network & Communication Architect to define and govern industrial OT/IT communication architecture across transformation workstreams. The role requires deep expertise in industrial networking, SCADA systems, OT/IT interoperability, and secure data flows aligned with cybersecurity requirements.

This position centers on shaping architecture principles, enabling secure data exchanges, and guiding governance across operational and enterprise environments in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial networking or related architecture domains.
• Led architecture initiatives in complex OT/IT environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define network and communication architecture principles across transformation workstreams.
• Establish secure interoperability models between OT and IT environments.
• Design architecture for SCADA, OSS, and sensor data integration.
• Develop segmentation, connectivity and infrastructure principles per cybersecurity standards.
• Support governance, PSA development, and architecture workshops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with enterprise architecture and security frameworks.
• Provide architectural leadership to delivery teams.
