Job summary

A leading technology consulting firm is seeking an experienced OT Engineer in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in OT engineering or security and proven skills in designing and deploying OT transformation programs. Responsibilities include developing reference architectures and guidelines, designing secure OT network segments, and facilitating communication between IT and business stakeholders. This is a hybrid role, allowing flexibility in work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in OT engineering, OT security, or ICS architecture roles.
• Experience with large industrial environments such as manufacturing and utilities.
• Proven leadership in designing and deploying OT transformation programs.

Location – Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid)

Required

• Good years experience in OT engineering, OT security, orICS architecture roles. (OT technologies (PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, Historian systems).
• Experience with large industrial environments (manufacturing plants, utilities, power, oil & gas, transportation, etc.).
• Proven leadership in designing and deploying OT transformation programs.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide OT reference architectures, blueprints, and standards.
• Strong communication skills to bridge between IT, OT, and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Design secure OT network segments (zones and conduits) following ISA/IEC 62443 principles.
