Job summary

ITProposal seeks an experienced OT Cybersecurity Consultant to define cybersecurity principles, architecture standards, and IT/OT boundary requirements across transformation workstreams. The role focuses on industrial control system security, secure network segmentation, and compliance with IEC 62443, NIST, and enterprise frameworks.

The candidate will guide architectural governance, secure OT/IT integration, and alignment across OT sensor data and enterprise layers, delivering secure operation

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OT cybersecurity or ICS security environments.
• Experience defining cybersecurity principles and architecture standards.
• Proven ability to lead risk assessments and governance in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Define OT cybersecurity principles, security architecture, and IT/OT boundary requirements across all workstreams.
• Establish secure network segmentation, communication, and infrastructure principles for OT environments.
• Define cybersecurity requirements for operational monitoring, sensor data integration, enterprise data integration, and OPS systems.
• Perform security risk assessments aligned with IEC 62443, NIST, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Support architecture governance, Design Authority reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
• Contribute to approval of Project Start Architectures (PSA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable OT/IT integration.
