Qualifications
- MSc in a relevant technical field with 10+ years in optomechanical development.
- Proven expertise in optical design using Zemax and CAD.
- Experience with high-precision industrial machine design and metrology.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative optomechanical concepts for alignment, vision, and inspection systems.
- Collaborate with domain experts to run simulations and optimize performance.
- Lead testing and integration of prototypes and initial production series.
- Balance accuracy and throughput in optical alignment strategies.
- Collaborate with global teams across Beuningen, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
- Occasional international travel to Asia and Europe product development centers.
