Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals in the Netherlands seeks an Operator – Complex Compounding to manufacture bulk products for the fill-finish line, dispensing, compounding and filtering sterile products to produce high-quality pharma batches.

This role involves a three-shift pattern on a 24/5 schedule, with day and night rotations, and offers a competitive salary plus a shift allowance and a comprehensive benefits package, including a hybrid work policy and generous vacation.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and problem solving skills applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Good attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Good communication skills in Dutch or English; willingness to improve Dutch if needed.

Responsibilities

• Equipment/process set-up/start up following cleanroom SOPs and cGMP.
• Dispense, compound and filtrate Teva’s sterile products.
• Support basic equipment maintenance as directed by Engineering.
• Adhere to Health and Safety procedures to minimize incidents.
• Complete batch documentation accurately and in accordance with SOPs.
