Job summary

Teva is seeking an Operator – Complex Compounding to manufacture bulk products for the fill-finish process, ensuring high-quality pharma batches leave the site. You will dispense, compound and filtrate products in a regulated environment, contributing to patient health daily.

The role requires adapting to a 24/5 rotating shift pattern and a hybrid work policy, with focus on safety, accuracy and teamwork within the Production team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Science with a passion for pharma manufacturing.
• Experience in batch manufacturing, dispensing or compounding in regulated industries (pharma/food/devices).
• Willingness to improve Dutch language skills if needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and start up equipment per cleanroom SOPs and cGMP.
• Dispense, compound and filtrate sterile products.
• Support basic equipment maintenance as directed by Engineering.
• Adhere to health and safety and cGMP requirements.
• Complete batch documentation accurately and on time.
