Job summary

FedEx Express Netherlands B.V. is seeking an Operations Maintenance Technician Senior to perform on-site maintenance across multiple NL stations, covering preventive, corrective, and predictive tasks on sorting systems and related equipment.

You will coordinate with providers, manage spare parts and inventory, and document activities in MAXIMO while following planning from Maintenance leadership. Candidates should have electrical/electromechanical expertise and strong problem-solving skills,

Qualifications

Relevant experience (3-5 years) in maintenance/technical field.
Technical background and expertise in electrical/electromechanical systems.
Technical studies (MBO) relevant to the role.
Service mindset and attitude.
Accuracy & attention to detail.
Planning and organizing skills.
Problem solving skills.
Teamworking skills.
Proficient in English and Dutch (writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

Perform on-site maintenance across NL stations (sorting systems and related equipment).
Coordinate providers and vendors on site.
Manage spare parts control, inventory, ordering and delivery tracking (administrative).
Register activities in MAXIMO CMMS and report accordingly.
Identify anomalies and provide resolutions with senior technicians supervision.
Participate in on-call rotations and occasional out-of-hours support.
