Job summary

Vistra in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Onboarding Manager to lead end-to-end client onboarding, including KYC, risk assessments, and handover to Service Delivery. You will partner with commercial teams and clients to ensure a seamless, compliant client experience.

The role emphasizes governance, data analytics, and technology-enabled improvements to reduce manual effort while supporting business development through onboarding expertise in pitches and proposals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in client services, onboarding and KYC or client lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Dutch corporate structures and/or European corporate clients.
• Experience onboarding corporate clients within Corporate Services, Fund Administration or Financial Services Provider under WTT/WWFT regimes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee end-to-end onboarding and client activation.
• Act as the primary onboarding contact for new clients with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with commercial, Compliance and Service Delivery to meet onboarding requirements.
• Maintain data to support oversight of process effectiveness and risk management.
• Leverage technology, automation and data analytics to improve client lifecycle.
• Support business development by providing onboarding expertise in pitches and proposals.
