Job summary
NKT in Rotterdam seeks a Senior Project Engineer Nearshore to lead engineering activities for landfall, barge lay and burial work on global nearshore installation projects. You will coordinate interfaces, develop installation methodologies, and prepare technical documentation for successful project execution.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering experience in coastal, nearshore or offshore cable installation or subsea infrastructure projects
- Experience preparing technical documentation, method statements and installation procedures
- Exposure to multidisciplinary projects and project execution phases including mobilization and site support
- Proficiency in English; Dutch or German is a benefit
Responsibilities
- Own engineering work packages for nearshore installation projects through project life cycle
- Develop and document work methods for shallow-water vessels, barges and landfall operations
- Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings and method statements
- Act as the primary engineering focal point for allocated scopes
- Support risk assessments, HSE planning, quality assurance activities and project execution phases
