Job summary

Landal is seeking an experienced Network Lead to design, implement and manage network infrastructure across multiple sites in the Netherlands. You will oversee routers, switches, firewalls and access points, ensuring secure, reliable connectivity and performance.

The role requires deep networking knowledge, relevant certifications and a track record in hospitality environments. Flexible working arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, engineering or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in network engineering, network support, or related roles.
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE, CompTIA Network+, or CISSP.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan the network infrastructure to meet organizational needs, including Wi‑Fi and connectivity for departments.
• Oversee installation and configuration of network hardware and ensure optimal performance and coverage.
• Lead resolution of network connectivity and performance issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with security team to implement robust network security measures.
• Analyze traffic patterns to optimize network performance and reliability.
• Plan and lead upgrades to accommodate growth and new technologies.
• Manage relationships with outsourcing partners and vendors in Networks domain; oversee procurement of equipment and services.
