Job summary

NKT is seeking an Engineering Manager - Seabed Intervention in Rotterdam to lead the Project Engineering team responsible for seabed intervention, route preparation, and cable protection efforts in large international EPCI projects. You will drive technical clarity, quality and progress while developing capabilities across the team.

Responsibilities

• Act as line manager for Seabed Intervention Project Engineers and partner to project and tender teams.
• Assign engineers based on project requirements and competencies, coaching and developing team members.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and other technical functions to meet quality and milestones.
• Develop the department in line with NKT’s strategy and future capability needs.
