Job summary

Deftpower is seeking an App Developer to own the native iOS and Android parts of our React Native app. You will bridge native modules and help bring Live Activities, CarPlay and Android Auto into the product, collaborating with Linda (Team Lead) and the App team.

We offer a hybrid work setup, a salary between €4,500 and €6,200 per month, a €2,000 training budget yearly, a laptop of your choice up to €1,750, 25 vacation days, a pension, and a culture that emphasizes learning fast and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile development experience in native iOS and Android.
• Strong Swift and Kotlin skills with React Native bridging experience.
• Willingness to work on-site in Arnhem and have a valid NL work visa.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain native features like Live Activities, CarPlay, and Android Auto.
• Bridge native modules into the React Native app.
• Take over native development from an external partner.
• Manage certificates, store requirements and release steps for iOS and Android.
• Coach and pair with React Native colleagues on native quirks.
• Collaborate with Team Lead, Product, and Design to translate roadmap items into features.
