Job summary

Deftpower, a Europe-wide SaaS platform for smart charging, seeks an App Developer to own the native iOS and Android parts of our React Native app. You’ll bridge native modules, own Live Activities, CarPlay, and Android Auto, and collaborate with a small team in Arnhem.

You bring 5+ years in mobile development, deep Swift and Kotlin expertise, and experience working with React Native codebases. Hybrid work and visa clearance are supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mobile app development (iOS/Android).
• Strong Swift and Kotlin skills with React Native experience.
• Experience bridging native modules to React Native apps.
• Ability to own native features like Live Activities and CarPlay.
• Familiarity with iOS/Android release processes and certificates.
• Willingness to work in Arnhem and in NL with visa clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain native iOS/Android features (Swift/Kotlin).
• Bridge native modules into React Native app for in-house teams.
• Take ownership of native work previously done by external partners.
• Manage native certificates, store requirements and release steps.
• Coach React Native teammates on native issues and quirks.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and Product/Design on roadmap items.
